One of our clients operated a successful resort hotel operation that had been trading in Turkey for a little over 10 years but found their business declining. Contacting Bos Marketing Solutions through one of their UK based directors, we were able to identfy their typical type of client. Bos were able through a request and review survey programme identify what it was that existing clients and new enquirers thought of the hotel's website, reservation system and the communication process for enquiring and booking a holiday stay. The data returned by past clients and new enquirers was a little scary but invaluable in designing the fundamentals of a marketing face lift that got to the core of their problems.

Bos recommended a website revamp with a more engaging customer friendly experience with an easier navigation system, a more attractive presentation of services, rooms and facilities and a new online booking engine with streamlined online availability check and payment system. Bos coupled these website improvements in a more customer oriented website experience with a new UK based telephone and email enquiry handling system. As the data was gathered by the request and review survey, it demonstrated clients were almost reluctant to call the hotel direct in Turkey becasue of the cost incurred and language and communications issues by telephone the hotel direct. Whilst booking the hotel via a UK based tour operator was possible the hotel actually retains a better margin when taking direct bookings.

Royal Park Artemisia Club Resort and Hotel saw a marked increase in direct reservations from the UK which has led to a satelite office now being located in the UK. Marketing solutions on a local level for a global operation.
